Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask me before starting.

Do I need technical knowledge to use AI?
No. The system is designed so your team uses it the way they already work. If something has to be learned, it's taught in one session and documented. The technical side stays underneath, not on your desk.
Do I have to replace my current tools?
Usually not. What normally happens is that the tools aren't the problem, they're just disconnected. I only propose changing something when the current tool is what's blocking progress.
Can you integrate the system with my current CRM?
Yes. Most CRMs on the market allow integration. In the discovery phase we review what you use and confirm what can be connected and how, before committing to anything.
What kind of processes can be automated?
Anything repetitive that follows a logic: lead intake and qualification, follow-ups, replies to common questions, proposal generation, reminders, client onboarding, internal alerts or updating data between systems.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on the scope. A specific automation is a short project; a complete system covering acquisition, CRM and follow-up takes longer. The proposal sets out phases and timelines in writing before we start.
Do you build custom solutions?
Yes, that's the basis of how we work. We use known tools and components, but the architecture is designed around your specific sales process. There's no standard package applied the same way to everyone.
Can we start by automating just one part of the business?
That's what we usually recommend. Starting with a contained process lets you see how it really works, adjust, and decide with real judgement whether it's worth extending to other areas.
How do I know what to automate first?
That's exactly the conversation on the first call. We look for the point where three things meet: it happens often, it takes time and it directly affects sales. That's where we start.
Is AI right for my type of business?
If you have a product or service that already sells and a sales process with repetitive tasks, there's almost always room. If there isn't, we'll tell you. There's no point building a system just to justify the technology.
